Naramata

At the end of the most scenic stretch of road in all the South Okanagan (in my humble opinion) is the old orchard community of Naramata.  Much of the hard fruit has been replaced by grapes, but cherries and apples are still grown in abundance.  The views are spectacular facing west towards Okanagan Lake and with access to the KVR and 3 Blind Mice trail network, this could be the paradise you’ve been looking for.  A short 15 minute drive from Penticton, Naramata village offers shopping, restaurants and cafe’s.  The public beach is a popular hang out spot in the summer months.

Homes are in short supply and demand is high, so the average home price is well north of $1m.
